Friday

  • The site opens at the stroke of noon for camping and pavilions to be set.
  • At 4 bells, the event begins in earnest!
  • Supper shall be served, followed by the famed Flame Tourney.
  • The great bonfire shall blaze, with divers entertainments and merriments to follow.
  • Catweasel Coffee, the Celestial Tea House, and the Jolly Duke Tavern shall open their doors to patrons seeking cheer.

Saturday

  • The marketplace shall bustle with merchants and wares.
  • The clash of War – both Heavy and Rapier – shall thunder across the field.
  • Archers shall test their aim, while artisans gather for Arts & Sciences classes.
  • The youth shall take up arms in boffer tourneys.
  • Evening brings the grand Feast, followed by night games and revels.
  • Behold! The mighty fire‑shooting trebuchets shall roar, hurling blazing missiles to light the night sky in awe and wonder.
  • Catweasel Coffee and the Celestial Tea House shall serve throughout the day, with the Jolly Duke Tavern welcoming folk in the evening.

Sunday

  • The noble Powerful Owl Tourney (Rapier & Heavy) shall take place.
  • Archers shall once more take the field.
  • Arts & Sciences classes continue, bringing wisdom and craft to all.
  • Supper shall be served, followed by evening fellowship and cheer.

Monday

  • A hearty breakfast shall be offered to fortify travellers for their journeys.
  • Thereafter, the site shall be packed down, with all gentles departing by noon, that the war may close in good order.
