Event Details
GNW 2025 will run 4pm Friday the 6th June to midday Monday 9th of June at the Rocky Creek District Scout Camp, Landsborough. Gates will open for camping setup at 12pm. Details on the site are found here
Tickets
Onboard (food included) bookings close one week prior to the event at midnight on 1 June 2025.
We will have gate prices but this means no catering is provided.

We can look at family prices – they will be a case by case bases, especially large families.
Bank payment to be made no later than 1 June to allow verification prior to the event. When making payment please use the booking ID provided by booking officer, this helps our Reeve confirm your payment easier.
Youth pricings
Youth fees this year are to help cover special activities and materials for the youth and food. We have 3 price brackets for youth.
Non members event insurance is $5 for all youth, as per Kingdom rules.

Catweasel Coffee House
Catweasel coffee – Will be back this year with piping hot coffee, teas & hot chocolates.
Tickets can be purchased when making your booking. They will be $10 for 5 drinks.

Bunk & bedding costs
The site has bunks and bedding available. $15 flat rate per bunk per person. There are 70 bunks available and wayfarers have priority. Locals wanting bunks can go onto a waiting list.

Event T-shirts will be available once again – ordering will be available in February 2025.
