The official event will run from the times stated on the Home page but the site will be open for setup and pack down from 9am Friday to 12pm Monday.

Please note: that food will be provided from dinner Friday to breakfast on Monday.

The timetable is subject to crown approval and will continue to be filled out as more activities are sorted but the general timeline will be as follows:

You’ll notice that the timetable is a little shorter. With locals not having a public holiday it was felt best to reduce the official event slightly. Noting that with the setup and pack down times we can still cater for people who would like to attend the full long weekend.
